Job Description:Seeking a registered nurse to serve as home health supervisor at St. Mary's Hospital in Detroit Lakes. This clinical leader works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. However, this is a salaried management position which will frequently require working extra hours while providing 24-hour, 7 days a week oversight to home health activities. This RN is responsible for day to day operations, planning, supervision and oversight of operational improvement toward the overall quality and patient care for the assigned office. Will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate home care services for patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct supervision of staff for the assigned location which may include hiring, performance management, training, work assignments and scheduling. He/she assumes responsibility for the delivery of care that is in compliance with Joint Commission and other applicable Federal, State, Professional, Regulatory and/or accrediting agency standards under the direction of the Home Health Director. Work Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience as a Registered NurseEducation Qualifications:

Education as required for licensure.

Current nursing licensure in the state of MN.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.

Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.

Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
