The co-op is all about community and were seeking a dynamic team leader that is willing to jump in on daily operations but also be highly methodical and communicative in leading the team into the future with best practice management skills. Youll be leading a passionate management team including our Deli, Grocery and Produce and Front End Managers. No specific grocery or retail experience necessary, but please be ready to share stories about how you rallied a team to achieve growth.
