Position SummaryThe Business Development Center Agent is responsible for supporting dealership personnel by educating potential customers about USAuto products and services via the internet and phone The incumbent will pre-qualify and schedule dealership appointments for customers to allow for a quick and seamless purchasing experience.Responsibilities
Communicates with customers to identify purchasing needs.
Builds a rapport with customers to build a robust network of referrals.
Responds to internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email.
Answers sales phone calls and sets appointments.
Completes phone applications with potential customers.
Offers additional services and products to customer during pre-qualification call.
Makes at least 70+ daily outbound phone calls to potential customers.
Follows up with customers on a regular basis to encourage a visit to dealership.
Keeps abreast of available inventory to provide accurate information to potential customers.
Works cooperatively in a team work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
1 - 2 years or BDC, Call Center, and/or sales experience OR 2 - 4 years of customer service experience
Computer literacy to include data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
