These projects span across multiple areas and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, Implement, and maintain work processes for bidding on Federal projects sales and service

Work with sourcing on policies and needs for partnerships, particularly with SMWBE partner

Understand and outline federal documentation and reporting commitments including TRM and M&V reporting

Help the business create and implement Corrective Action Plans for identified gaps

Assist with creating reporting/dashboard metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance program

Work with Operations & Legal to document and maintain contractual commitments

Documentation for internal in LEAP system

Assist site leaders and finance to conduct yearly federal site reviews – financial and document compliance

Work with federal site leaders to monitor contracts/agreements for compliance with contractual requirements

Assist business partners in communications with Federal Contracting Officers on administrative elements required for compliance with Federal regulations

Assist with the maintenance/documentation of all DUNS numbers and CAGE codes for business

Lead periodic compliance training for service and sales personnel bidding federal and energy projects, and maintaining federal contracting rules and regulations

Work with the Federal team to create an environment of tighter project management and rigor, involving all internal parties for project kick-offs, implementation, and hand-offs between the install and service businesses

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance

3 years experience working with Government contracts ensuring compliance

WE VALUEExpertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.

Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).

Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation

Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result

Exceeding internal and external customer expectation

Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferre

Effective communication skills

Significant experience in project management
