Our mission is to prep and recover patients for invasive procedures performed in the Imaging Department. Administer conscious sedation during invasive procedures. Provide nursing care to all patients in the Imaging Department in support of the Technologists and Radiologists. Our Registered Nurses independently use the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients, utilizing information from a variety of sources for assessments, start IV's, administer medications, patient and family education, discharge teaching, follow up calls to patients, make rounds on in-house patients.Responsibilities:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse License. Current ACLS. CCRN preferred. Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care experience required.Education:Nonessential:
