Responsibilities:
Oversee operations at the Brewhouse Beer Store
Lead Beer Store Associates and create schedules
Assist with managing inventory and pricing
Manage Beer Store budget and revenues
Responsible for filling and managering crowler inventory
Assist with cleaning of growlers
Assist with managing the online store
Track sales, data, and discounts
Assist customers with beer selections, knowledge of brewing process and all types of beer we brew
Ensure standards for customer service quality are met
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and ensure efficiency
Keep the store neat and clean by dusting, restocking, and straightening merchandise
Working at outside festivals and venues selling merchandise
Responds to our donations, events and music emails
Maintains our rewards program
Working in the store as a cashier, minimum of 5 shifts a week
Other duties deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
Previous cash management preferred
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems
Ability to work independently
Be able to remain on your feet for many hours at a time and lift up to 40 pounds
Some graphic designed preferred for designing new merchandise
Must be at least 18 years of age
