Project Assistant II - Remote What's next for you? This great job for someone just stepping into a Supply Chain career! Kelly has an entry-level position for a Project Assistant II for our top biotechnology client in Eagan, MN. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (SCM preferred), 2-years supply chain experience and SAP experience with the ability to work through complex issues. This is a 6-month contract role with possibility for extension. This position is fully remote; however, candidates must be local or within 1-hour of the work site. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS AN EMPLOYEE (ON W-2 BASIS) NO C2C, 1099, etc.

  • SCHEDULE: Flexible but core working hours would be between 9-4 PM flexible. Candidate will start with lighter workload (30 hours) in the first few weeks, with the schedule increasing to 40 hours once additional responsibilities can be transitioned.
  • Location: Remote, however, candidates must be local to the area.
  • Pay: $27.00/hour DOE & EDU
In this role you will:
  • Individual will report through the North America Demand Planning team (8 members).
  • Review Alert System and effectively draw planners' attention on action items
  • Assist in maintaining PBI Refresh and creating Dashboards
  • Manage inbox, and handle required master-data maintenance, including but not limited to DCHAIN/PMS, Obsoletion (TAGS), applying/maintaining auto-sub, and etc.
  • Advanced Responsibilities under guidance of planner
  • Assist in product life-cycle planning, including but not limited to inventory analyses, product phase-in and phase-out, product rationalization analyses
  • Assist in forecast changes and analyses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of supply chain or related experience
  • Proven experience with project management and/or business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analyses and pivot tables)
  • Works well independently and has prior experience with SAP and BEx
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills
