- 8+ years of change management experience deploying Microsoft tools to large organizations.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- Experienced change manager who uses Prosci's ADKAR model of change management
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including, but not limited to, Teams, SharePoint
- Prosci-certified change manager or related skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong presentation skills, both in content created and ability to speak to it
- Advanced ability to collaborate and negotiate with peers and business personnel
- Ability to diplomatically challenge team to drive towards solutions
- Aspirational, "out of the box" thinker
- Proven experience developing formal change management plans (ideally modelled on Prosci templates)
- Passion for motivating teams to embrace positive change (this person will be a lead cheerleader for the project team)
- Excitement to develop, coach and manage a network of business champions
- Ability to identify midstream gaps in a change management plan, then pivot to effectively fill those gaps
- Must enjoy days filled with meetings and meaty discussions with colleagues
- Goal-oriented and someone who feeds off the energy of product launch days (we have lots of them!)
