Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM
- Ensure smooth and timely movement of International Airfreight
- Service provider selection and relationship management
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
- Proactively solution shipments for success
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Work closely and constructivelywith team members
- Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics.
- Service oriented, shows initiative, and works with a sense of urgency
