- Position hours are M-F 12:00am - 9:00pm
- Timely and professional communication withclients and offices through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.
- Tracking and tracing of freight
- Preparation of quotes to clients
- Client notification of shipment delays, missing cargo, damaged freight
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operationssystem
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Dispatch freight
- Monitor reports
- Contribute to maintainingstrong vendor relationships - airlines, trucking companies, and others
- Meet key performance indicators insupport ofdepartment, branch, product, and company goals
- Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Effective interpersonal skills-including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite experience
- Basic US and global geography knowledge is a plus
- Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics.
