Ledgent Technology is partnering with an industry leader to search for a Systems Administrator to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have provided a high level of end user support and understand Cloud Technologies (Azure preferred). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a jump into the Systems Admin space!
This position is a direct hire that will be on site 5 days a week.Responsibilities:- Responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and maintain IT hardware, systems, software, and network. This also includes new installation and day to day maintenance
- Install/Configure new workstations and set ups
- Make recommended changes to hardware/software as necessary
- User/Service Account Management for arrivals, departures, password resets, access management, and integrations
- Ensure security of overall data, network, and back up systems
- Experience with Endpoint, Defender, and Intune preferred
- IAM experience
- Help maintain vendor relationships
- Involved in purchasing of new IT equipment
- Documentation
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- 3+ years of IT experience in a support role
- Understanding of Azure Fundamentals (or any cloud fundamentals)
- Experience with Microsoft Products including Windows, Power Bi, Azure, Dynamics, etc)
- Hands on experience with network administration and installations
- Strong communication skills
