This position includes a blend of product development experience, technical knowledge, budget management, project management, and healthcare understanding.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: - You will provide subject matter expertise in Health and Human Service Family Assistance programs, such as SNAP, TANF and Medicaid
- Help drive our product maturity and generate new ideas that promote market growth and improve customer experience by translating product strategy into detailed requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive development, as well as help with implementations and integrations

Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of US based health and human services product, development or systems related, must have subject matter expertise in areas such as: SNAP, CHIP, TANF and Medicaid (MAGI/Non-Magi)
- 4+ years of experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Experience with product strategy or system implementation communications with customers and stakeholders
- Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience working with customers, stakeholders and team members solving problems and rolling up sleeves to get the job done
- Experience communicating to stakeholders and leadership thru multiple mediums
