Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6M Contract to Hire

Summary:

BI Business Analyst - First Engagement: Omni Migration Business Analyst As a Business Analyst you are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Depending on the specific role and business line, example responsibilities in this function could include creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company.Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization. Other roles involved could include producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data.Primary Responsibilities:• Collect, analyze and report facility claims data, patterns and results of service line auditing efforts• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients• Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences• Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologiesThe question is how effective can you be in interpreting and analyzing large amounts of information from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story? The challenge will be to manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and then presenting information for operational and business planning, all while adapting to change quickly.

Required Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience• 2+ years Agile experience• 2+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)• 1+ year experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or IVRs• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office• Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendationsPreferred Qualifications:• Experience using CA Agile (Rally)• Omni Genesys experience• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving capabilities• Solution-oriented mindset and work approach• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously• Demonstrated ability to break down big ideas into tactical, specific, clearly communicated plans• Excellent communication skills and motivated to continuously improve written and verbal communications• Proven ability to connect and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams
