(sm)You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Leads the collaboration with business customers to define scope for new projects, documents risks and assumptions, develops the delivery timeline and approach
Serve as a liaison between business clients and IT to gather business requirements and convert them to technical reporting requirements
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders and facilitate driving project discovery sessions
Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders; identify and understand business needs; elicit and clearly document requirement artifacts like user stories, source to target data mapping and use cases
Create and maintain User Stories and Features; participate in sprint planning for the scrum team and in scrum ceremonies
Analyze large data sets using SQL and create source to target data mappings to enable the IT team to create reports
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in large datasets
Collaboratively document test criteria, execute reporting test cases and document test results for UAT

(Healthcare experience preferred)
6+ years of experience as business analyst and data analyst
Experience with requirements analysis and documenting user stories and creating data mapping
Experience with SAS and SQL
Adept at querying large databases, report generating and presenting findings
Technical expertise regarding data models, relational databases, data mining and segmentation techniques
Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication (written and oral), time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast paced rapidly changing environment

The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900.
