Description: What is the specific title of the position? Director, Technical Product Management Epic, Work location? MN or Telecommute. Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 40+ hrs. varies based on product launches. Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on? Drive the product vision needed for client Care with Epic. Work directly with the vendor on feature enhancements. Work with our internal teams on integrations of products into the workflow of Epic. Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? This is a matrixed team. Working with client Care Local Care Delivery, engineering, vendors, etc. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? 1) Product strategy, 2) Prioritize the backlog, 3) Vendor Mgmt, 4) stakeholder mgmt, 5) Roadmaps What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? Strong product mgmt skills, Epic, Strong communication and collaboration. What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? 3-5 years product management. 3-5 years epic experience, Rally & Aha experience. What experience will set candidates apart from one another? If they have true product and epic experience, their ability to communicate effectively and work in a dynamic environment.
