A senior software engineer who has extensive knowledge and experience with Software Data engineering in order to continue the work for HouseCalls Clinical Initiatives. This position will be responsible for large and complex components, while influencing overall product architecture and patterns. Develops and demonstrates holistic understanding of the product. Follows all software requirements development standards Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation Creates and helps maintain technical and end-user documentation for new and existing applications Performs all other related duties as assigned Identify and help mitigate risks to the data and organizational health Bachelor's degree in a related, technical field (10+ years of comparable work experience) 8+ years of experience utilizing SQL and / or relational database tools (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or similar databases) 8+ years of systems design and applications development experience 8+ years of experience with SSIS/Talend/DataStage or any ETL tool and Visual Studio Experience with SDLC such as Waterfall or Agile. Solid technical background in SQL with extensive knowledge in design, development, testing, and maintaining data and ETL applications. Ability to troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutions. Exposure to Big Data, Kafka steams, new technologies Healthcare domain knowledge Excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience or Knowledge on 837/EDI Process Experience or knowledge on HL7/FHIR Experience or knowledge on STARS/HEDIS process/measures Experience with Rally / Agile tools Experience with CI / CD and DEVOPS model Exposure to Big Data, Kafka steams, new technologies Ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices and implement version control software, automated testing and deployment
