Description: This is a Senior I O engineer position focused on CXone migrations and support. Will be based from the MN051 location and or telecommute. Hours will be mostly 8-5 CST but could be flexible. We are building a team to take over all NICE CXone migrations from other systems to a centralized IT managed version. This position will build eventually from a contact to FTE role as we gather enough users. NICE CXone is a cloud contact center platform that includes many adjuncts so looking for a well rounded person to work with. Ideal candidates have experience building NICE cloud contact center experience and can work on all the applications within the CXone portfolio. Will need to be able to work with vendor engineering to deploy the product. Need a self starters who are good with people as this is a net new team and will need to be able to create new processes and work in a collaborative agile sticky team environment. What will the interview process will be video/phone if remote. In person if in the Minneapolis area. Are you open to candidates that would need to be 100% remote for the duration of the engagement? Yes. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? These engineers will be working with our business units to move users and business processes into the NICE CXone systems and onboarding new contact centers into the platform. All CXone functions (chat, ivr, routing, voice, recording, WFM, etc) will need to be supported. They will be working with our vendor partner engineers in an agile sticky team. CXone experience min 1 year Cloud contact center experience min 2 years Ability to adapt and work with others What experience will set candidates apart from one another? CXone direct experience Excellent communication skills Agile experience Are you open to candidates who cannot convert to FTE without sponsorship? Yes What does the team structure look like how many members and what is the break-down of the team's skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)? This is a massively growing team. Currently has 1 Product manager, 1 Scrummaster, 1 Program Manager, and 3 engineers (plus vendors). Will be adding engineering and project management as well as some other business analysts What does the interview process look like? a. How many rounds? i. 2 rounds. 1 with me. 1 with team members b. How technical will the interviews be? i. Depends on which interview but all could be technical as these are engineering roles.
