Description: What is the specific title of the position: Senior Manager Software Engineering Work location: Location is flexible but would prefer MN Work hour: Day shift Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on: Candidate will lead an engineering scrum team of 5-7 members and be fully responsible for engineering delivery of the PIs in ClientI project which is built on Full Stack Java using Angular JS tech. Candidate will be responsible for both Dev and Support activities Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - Team constitutes full stack engineers of 5-7 members What is the break-down of the team s skill sets - 5-7 developers/QE at various experience levels What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position: Perform engineering lead role, Work with business team to understand requirements and come up with designs, address any support issues, communicate to key senior management stakeholders What does the ideal candidate background look like: Java FSE is main skillset. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills and engineering management skills What skills/attributes are required: Engineering management - 10+ years, Java FSE - 5+ years, Angular JS/React JS - 5+years What skills/attributes are preferred : excellent communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills What will the interview process look like?
