Job Description: What is the specific title of the position? Sr.Software DevOps EngineerWork location? Remote/TelecommuteWork hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 8-5PM CT. might involve weekend and night ON CALL supportPlease provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on? DWaaS : Cloud data warehousing platform built with Python, GH Process, Snowflake, Azure AD, etc/Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? DWaas Team -? 10 Team MembersWhat is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)? (Engineers, DevOps, Architects, Product Manager, Delivery leadership)What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? Senior developer in Cloud data analytics space Develop Python programming for platform development Develop CI CD processes and implement full automation Participate actively in Agile product development life cycle High quality development, unit testing, integrated and deployment testing Handle product support (client issues, debugging, fixing and documentation Groom and help other team members with process IAC (Infra and Everything as code) implementationWhat does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?Healthcare knowledge preferredEnd to end understanding of modern software engineering (Github, Jenkins, CI CD, Automation, DevOps, deployments)What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer and other related areas Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT industry and code development Minimum 3+ years of experience working in Python, Terraform, Cloud development activities Minimum 3+ years of experience working in Agile developmentWhat skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)?Good to have Cloud certifications (Azure) Understanding of other cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc) and Snowflake end to end architectureWhat will the interview process look like?
