To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be polished in all communications, and be able to act with limited guidance. The core responsibilities of this role involve enabling executive effectiveness (calendar management, travel and catering arrangements, management of information flow and meeting preparations) as well as supporting employee engagement and communications strategies. This person will be responsible for preparing information on the executive's behalf - memos, emails, and meetings. In time, the project coordinator will gain an ability to prioritize the highest priority matters and own the effectiveness of the team. This person must operate with a high degree of discretion and confidentially at all times and possess high emotional intelligence. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
- 2+ years experience with MS Office tools
- 2+ years experience in a corporate setting
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma
- You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
