Growing together.As a senior member of Genoa Regional Finance, the position will play a key role as a financial advisor and strategic partner to the FP&A org and serve as a key FP&A manager in support of an operational region and in operational initiatives. The Manager will support growth initiatives, expense management and overall P&L management for the region.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, further develop, and report on company’s financial performance during budgeting and forecasting cycles

Perform monthly close analysis and reporting to facilitate understanding of monthly results against financial projections

Continually update forecasts of financial initiatives and track their progress compared to financial models

Work closely with leadership to understand financial goals and company objectives to help set yearly financial targets

Mentor and develop analysts managing day to day work, process improvement, training, and problem resolution

Create solid process workflows through automation and streamlining of analysis’

Collaborate with various matrixed finance departments to gather relevant financial data for accurate monthly projections

Support ad hoc analyses for operations and growth initiatives to communicate our financial results and context to senior leadership as needed

Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting

5+ years of experience demonstrating solid financial acumen to influence decision making within an organization to improve operational effectiveness

Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical industry with a background knowledge of clinical operations

Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, forecasting and projections

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (creating graphs, pivot tables, power queries, advanced embedded formulas xlookup, index match, etc.)

Proficiency in PowerPoint formatting and automation of decks to external data sources

Proven solid analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to create or edit complex financial models integral to business operations and capital spend

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or CPA

5+ years of experience in pharmacy or PBM

Experience with Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft

Proven solid analytics background and attention to detail

Based: Hybrid near the Eden Prairie preferred, but open to remote MN EST or CST location
