your life's best work.(sm)You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. #DICEPrimary Responsibilities: Proactive Management of Microsoft's Product Roadmap •Proactively monitor Microsoft's public roadmap for upcoming changes and coordinate OCM & ops readiness activities for any impacts •Drive Decisions and Implementation of the new feature enablement •Partner with MSFT on prioritizing/influencing upcoming M365 Roadmap items •Prioritize the enablement of product enhancements by coordinating with Capability/Platform leadership and voice of customer insight •Collaborate with partner teams (ITSS, EIS, Network, Ops, Delivery) on new Microsoft feature enablement •Proactively communicate with user community regarding upcoming changes to the product roadmap and keep M365 SharePoint site current Strategic Management of Aha! Portfolio and Execution •Continuously assess, prioritize and plan the strategic initiatives on the Aha! roadmap, partnering with Capability/Platform leadership •Accountable for driving execution of Aha! roadmap items for the product area, partnering with PMO as needed •Partner with OCM, Operations, ITSS, and other impacted teams to ensure readiness activities have occurred sufficiently for all service introduction •Regular and proactive reporting to Platform and Delivery leadership on status of product feature rollouts, and any changes to commitments •Own and manage any product-specific licensing and budget elements for the product area Ad Hoc Product Demand/Voice of Customer •Manage demand intake for new M365 Enablement requests. Assess requests from all stakeholder viewpoints. •Partner with OCM and Ops resources for readiness activities on new feature enablement •Represent product for business area demonstrations and information requests, coordinating with Capability team as appropriate •PRB Management as they arise (drive actions to close, comms, etc.) •Continuously drive Process improvement within Product Team (Governance and status rhythm, intake and escalation paths, etc.)You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years+ experience in IT
- 3 years+ experience Product Management / Product Ownership - Creating and managing a product strategy, roadmap, budget and prioritization, owning vendor relationships
- 3 years+ of experience driving the executive of key deliverables
- 3 years+ of experience presenting to Senior Leadership
- 1+ years of experience leading an M365 product area.
- Product leadership experience in any of the following:
- Sharepoint
- Yammer
- Power platforms
