Duration: 6M Contract to Hire

Description: Product Owner / Project Manager - TelecommuteBusiness Initiatives Team in support of engagements across the organization. The Omni Agent Migration program is a complex, highly visible, multi-year program. The Omni Migration Product Owner is the primary point of contact for a line of business migration, while collaborating and working closely with various stakeholders such as business leaders, development teams, and other stakeholders. We need your project management skills to effectively communicate and be actively engaged in the development stages. You will also evaluate the progress and ensure that customer requirements are being met. To achieve this goal, you must be well versed with business logic as well as technical capabilities so that you can anticipate customer needs while also being empathetic and personable to motivate the teams to work together.Primary Responsibilities:• Manage verbal & written communications to business stakeholders to ensure updates are clear, concise and align to product strategy• Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs• Proactively coordinate with business customers and team members to identify and validate solutions• Create and interpret design documents, functional/technical specifications, and business context diagrams (e.g. business data flows, business process flows)• Work closely with a business analyst to document user stories.• Define priorities and refines backlog constantly supporting continuous prioritization.• Accessible and engaged with the Agile team to deliver highest value to customer.• Keeps key stakeholders informed throughout product development lifecycle.• Promote and drive an agile development approach through the work and teams.• Ultimate accountability of accepting completed user stories.• Use your own initiative to manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of defects and issues, including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer.Required Qualifications:• Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Strong communication skill sets, with the ability to support and present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders.• Ability to draft or support the creation of detailed business capabilities and solution capabilities.• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.• Self-directed and able to drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Agile methodology.• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.• Product Owner Agile/OSAM training.• Call center experience• IVR experience• Genesys experience• Influence management experience driving teams and management to decisions (willing to push-back for information and answers).• Able to make quick decisions when clarification or modification is needed.• Healthcare experience.
