This includes the following:

ACE/Drive to 5 Business Case Support and analysis

EIS Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting Support and Preparations

Various Operational Run-Rate Analyses

Benefit and other project financial modeling

Perform appropriate research and analysis of relevant issues, explain impacts to executive management, and make appropriate recommendations

Collect, analyze and maintain actuals and forecast information (e.g. labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources

Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans if applicable

3+ years of experience combined finance analytics and project management

3+ years collaborating in cross-functional and matrixed environment, influencing others and gaining alignment on common goals and dynamic priorities

1+ years of health care industry experience with understanding of acquisition integration

Experience in project management developing project timelines, road maps, mitigating risks

Advanced experience using MS Excel - pivot tables, formulas, merging data sets

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Demonstrated proficiency working with performance data and use of evaluation metrics

Preferred Qualifcations:MBA

Experience with Finance analytics in healthcare

Ability to influence with and without direct management/authority

Proven organization skills with ability to work with ambiguity

Solid writing, presentation and speaking skills, with demonstrated experience with project-focused meetings

Proven leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate matrixed teams

Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
