1) Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes whats being done?This role is part OCM data platform team offering data modeling and analysis services to enable standard out of box reporting via client COMPASS, provider efficiency, connected Consumer experience, clinical innovation, affordability allows us to bring solutions to market faster, and creates a more integrated and simplified experience for patients, providers, and users, while maintaining intellectual property inside the company.2) What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate youre looking for.All positions minimum 5 yearsHealth care experience is preferredAbility to convert is preferredlocal to Eden Prairie is preferredHYBRID attendance for local candidates3) Of the required skills listed, which would you consider the top 3? Please list your expectations regarding years of experience for each requirement.UI/UX + java, spring, experienced with development of REST services, familiarity with cloud environment. Familiarity with Azure cloud environment, CI/CD (preferably familiar with jenkins and Git)4) What experience will set candidates apart from one another?Healthcare background, leadership, past similar projects5) Are you open to candidates that would need to be 100% remote for the duration of the engagement?To start REMOTE is ok, but Hybrid preferred6) Are you open to candidates that cannot convert to FTE without sponsorship?Yes7) What does the team structure look like - how many members and what is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)?7 engineers, 1 RTE8) What does the interview process look like?a.
