Commerce + Ecosystems (within Cloud + AI group) is developing Microsoft’s large scale and business-critical backbone services to empower e-commerce for Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Xbox, Microsoft Online Store, Bing Ads and Windows 10 Store.As part of Microsoft’s Cloud & Enterprise Engineering Division, the Commerce Customer Engagement & Enablement (CCEE) team engages and learns from our customers in order to deliver world class Commerce experiences that deliver both value and growth. As part of this high performing team, you will be engaged with professionals spanning technical program management, development, business program management and customer support escalation specialists and works across all levels in the organization to help drive success and global impact.If you have a passion for driving results in an unscripted area of business and engineering that mixes customer obsession with business and engineering requirements this may be the right role for you. As a strategic program manager, you will be responsible for defining success and strategy across our most strategic commerce initiatives and driving commerce experience improvements across Microsoft to ensure our collective success. This role will report to the Senior Director of Strategy PM.ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategic Program Manager your responsibilities will flex across the following core responsibilities as needed:Drive cross company collaboration and alignment on customer and engineering imperatives

Drive customer priorities with urgency and partnership

Define data-driven measures of success that enable prioritization of improvement projects that positively impact customer experience and Microsoft value

Measure return on investment associated with customer and Microsoft commerce experience improvements our team drives

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a program manager driving enterprise level projects

5+ years of relevant supply chain, ecommerce, business, Finance or consulting experience

5+ years of experience of achieving practical measurable results with analytical capabilities

Proven ExperienceEstablished ability to drive for results through influencing & leading others in delivery of a solution.

Established planning & organization skills with experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects.

Established experience at quickly adapting to market conditions and business needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Established complex program management skills

Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, MBA or equivalent)
