- Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues related to project setup, reporting, data calculations, content management and more
- Analyzing and creating reporting for our client requests and analyzing key performance indicators to help measure program and sales initiatives
- Creating presentation materials and leading discussions with our customers about reporting requests, data trends, and testing scenarios
- Track quality control issues across projects and follow up with project team members to ensure resolution
- Proactively review ongoing operation process and provide improvement recommendations and establish best practices
- Working with our technology operations and development team to properly define requirements for complex technology solutions and assist in the implementation, documentation, and turn-over to operations team members
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing and working with our operations teams to ensure new technology and development meets requirements
- Collaborate with other project team members to create and execution a project's test plan
- Assist team members with data validation and verification
- Test new development and change requests
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business, preferred
- 3-5 years quality control analyst or data analyst with testing experience
- Strong technical knowledge and un understanding of how technology can be used to solve business problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Required technical capabilities:
- Ability to use query tools and understand relational database structures and web site development
- Highly proficient in advanced SQL queries
- Advanced Excel skills
