Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsibile to coordinate a variety of services to assure buildings, grounds, and properties are always well maintained and in good repair. In this position you will maintain condition of the properties with regards to all aspects of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting work. This position will personally complete maintenance and remodeling tasks and with support of the maintenance manager will arrange to have these same items done by outside contractors as needed. As a Maintenance Engineer it is essential that you manage your time effectively with operations to keep up with tight deadlines and many other demands at one time.
Qualifications
- · 2+ years’ experience in general electrical, plumping or construction and/or related education in construction trades
- · Ability to learn quickly and able to keep up in ever changing fast paced environment
- · Effective trouble shooting and communication skills
- · Self-starter and able to work independently as well in a group setting
- · Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
- · Have own hand tools
- · Able to meet physical requirements
