Job Description
Job duties of the semi trailer mechanic:- Perform accurate and complete inspections
- Repair air brake and wheel ends
- Complete floor, roof,door,and side panel repairs
- Execute ABS diagnostics and repairs
- Repair accident damage
- Weld aluminum and steel
- Perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
Job requirements of the trailer mechanic:- Must have basic mechanic tools (wrenches and sockets) and willing to obtain additional as needed for position requirements
- Knowledge of welding, plasma, torch, and TIG
