Our direct end client in Golden Valley, MN is looking for a project coordinator for a 12+ contract. Onsite- every day to start and then as rapport built can get more flexible. Every Friday from home for sure. When Deloitte team is onsite, then this role needs to be on site. Project: Phase 1 complete of Oracle implementation in HR, not Phase 2 is Oracle implementation Finance and Project Financials. Supporting Phase 2 of Finance module. Core Project CoordinatorKnowledge of accounting things, like accounts receivable and accounts payable would be helpful as they will be sitting in on finance types of meetings taking notes. Follow Process-set up and critically assessing, not just following alongSupporting leaderAdministrative tasks- taking notes, follow up items, work through meeting agendas, essentially taking things off the plate of hiring manager in a project sense. Submit access requests for people and support the project effort.
