Provide government property guidance to various functional groups
Support sites regarding government property related matters
Create monthly and annual property reports
Support and facilitate both Honeywell internal and Customer external surveillances of the property system
Perform property management system self-assessments in accordance with the designated business tools
Assist in the performance of solicitation or contract reviews
Travel required – 10%
Please note: This is not a real estate role. This role is focused on Government Property Management of assets and material.MUST HAVE:2 + years of government property experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
US citizenship status and ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
WE VALUE:Bachelor's Degree BS or BA, preferably in Business Administration
Experience with SAP and eQuip! systems
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), particularly FAR 45 and 52.245-1
Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
Ability to quickly understand processes and ensure adherence to the same
Good organizational skills – ability to prioritize and perform thorough work, problem solver
Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up-like environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
