Job Description:Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking or similar technical field 5+ years of hands-on experience with manufacturing applications, manufacturing network infrastructure, workstations, tablets, laptops, servers, firewalls, storage, barcode scanners, and printers. Demonstrated experience for manufacturing infrastructure best practices and IT standards Knowledgeable in ERP, MES, LIMS/LAB, QC/SPC, PLM, EAM, EHS, Training, and Time Keeping systems Operational knowledge for connectivity to hand-held devices, PLC, DCS, scales, conveyors, ovens, serial interfacd, etc. Experience creating site documentation such as hardware/software inventories, process flows, and architectures Demonstrated experience to troubleshooting issues at all levels of manufacturing hierarchy (L1 to L4) Experience working in production environment, know & follow safety procedures, and knowledgeable in manufacturing processes especially agricultural Experience in ITIL aligned infra/ app delivery, facilities management and business knowledge of IT Platforms and Applications Effective communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders, users, and IT staff, at all levels of the organization as an IT/OT hybrid Has worked with onshore/offshore model Competent with ITIL Framework, ITSM tools, and Change Management Experience working in a Global Enterprise IT multi-vendor Environment Experience working within a structured Project Delivery Framework Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive successful results through partnerships and across departments and organizations i.e., IT/OT Hybrid Self-starter and able to work independently Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills in handling balanced, complex issues
