Interview Process: The initial interviews will be with team manager, follow up will be with Project team Manager Notes: We are building a new team within Cargill IS Security organization. We are looking for qualified individuals to help us take a innovative approach in developing a new platform for Access to Cargill applications. Qualified candidates must be experienced and self-directed. The Identity and Access DevOps Engineer will design and develop the capabilities of the company identity and access platform and the automation of application deployment pipelines to the identity and access platform. In this role, you will be an essential partner and technical specialist for identity and access platform development.

Required Knowledge/Experience1 – Prior experience in IS Security, Identity Access Management2 – Hands on experience with; Azure AD, Cloud, SailPoint, Privileged Access Management, Active Directory, OKTA/Auth03 – (Preferred): Go (or golang),Terraform, Vault, Ansible, Github, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, Linux

Key AccountabilitiesParticipate in a dynamic development environment to provide evolving customer solutions.Create libraries and application programming interface to automate components of the continuous integration delivery platform using appropriate system level language to help automate customer use cases.Develop automation capabilities in the cloud identity and access platform to enable provisioning of identity and access services.Design continuous integration-delivery pipelines with infrastructure as code, automation, and testing capabilities to facilitate automated deployment of applications.Understand application patterns for hosting and controlling identity cloud and access and creating new feature sets.Develop testable code to automate platform capabilities and operations.Participate in community forums, maintain awareness of new trends and recommend tools and techniques for the organization.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
