We are creating connections to empower agriculture. This company is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in our OpenText xECM Product Team. We are looking for an OpenText Technical Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting the xECM Product and xECM project delivery across our SAP and non-SAP landscape. The position will report to OpenText xECM Product Delivery Manager and will provide support, administration, and delivery of xECM capabilities for OpenText SAP xECM end-to-end solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills while being able work independently to achieve timely results while working collaboratively on an agile product team. Must also possess a strong customer orientation along with a delivery execution mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes in SAP and determine where gaps exist related to creating or accessing content (documents, output forms, emails, media files, etc.)
  • Design solutions to content enable SAP business processes using SAP Enterprise Content Management by OpenText including imaging/capture, collaboration/workflow, user experience management, forms (output) management, and data archiving
  • Understand all aspects of the SAP business processes using SAP Enterprise Content Management by OpenText implementation
  • Working with internal customers independently or as a part of a project team to
  • Develop formal design specifications and effort estimates
  • Developing and executing formal test plans and test scenarios
  • SAP workbench knowledge and ABAP programming and/or debugging
  • Be part of the team conducting SAP Testing cycles

Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
  • Understanding overall SAP Integration with xECM
  • Understanding xECM Content Server and trouble shooting
  • Understanding of xECM categories
  • Understanding of xECM templates
  • Understanding of xECM unique names
  • Understanding of Business objects attribute mappings
  • Understanding of OCR
  • BCC (SAP) Configuration of hotspots
  • Troubleshooting the error documents from BC work center
  • Background jobs scheduling
  • Understanding SAP Archiving
  • Understanding Document Declaration

Additional Qualifications:
  • Understanding xECM Security and SAP role mapping
  • Integration of xECM with other ERP
  • Functional experience with at least one of the core SAP ERP / SAP S4/HANA modules (FI, MM, SD, TM)
  • Self-directed and learning enthusiastic
  • Experience with OpenText Archive Center, formerly Archive Server and OpenText Content Server / SAP Integration (Extended ECM, or xECM) product suite
  • Optional Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
  • Exposure towards xECM specific SAP Development in ABAP
  • Categories population changes
  • Exposure towards OpenText classes
  • Experience to SAP Fiori
  • Agile Exposure
