- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Providing support to the team in clearing obstacles and problem solving
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
- Analyzing and documenting project requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization and ensuring the appropriate artifacts are created for the project
- Delivering outcomes that align with the business case
- On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- Minimum BS/BA in technical or business field, or equivalent of 5 years managing projects
- 8-10+years related work experience managing projects
- Budget Management of 1-2 million
- At least three years' experience managing large-scale system or process implementations, and/or system upgrades to a successful conclusion
- M & A experience is highly preferred along with change management.
- Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and or ERP systems Highly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize/execute tasks in high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in both business and IT speak
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
- Effective working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
