Job Description
In this exciting roleyou are responsible for the coordination andsupervisingof four to five residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with behavioral andphysical health needs.As a Operational Program Director, your two key priorities include supervising and training of direct support staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated and monitored to the highest degree possible.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A four-year degree in human services, or related field
- 3 years of experience supervising in a residential human services organization
- Must qualify as a designated manager
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable criminal record
