Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing, detail orientated, self-starter to manage two of our self-storage facilities located in Waite Park and Little Falls. This position requires very minimal, if any interaction with renters at these facilities. The initial time requirement is estimated at 30-40 hours monthly. When assigned tasks, these can largely be completed on the managers schedule, within a reasonable amount of time, approximately 24 hours.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain effective communication through phone, text, and email.
Inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of property
Applying and removing overlocks from storage units
Occasional cleaning and/or disposal of unit contents
Accurate record keeping to include work hours, expense reports, and maintenance records
Repeated Monthly Tasks
Overlock of delinquent units on the 16th of every month
Verifying the scheduled renter move-outs on the last day of each month
QUALIFICATIONS
Reliable transportation
Experience in general maintenance/building repair
Ability to log hours and document maintenance records
Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
