Training provides hundreds of courses, and certification bootcamps/credits for all major PMI certifications.OverviewThe Marketing Automation Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Boston Scientific's business unit Digital Producers and Digital Marketing Managers in solving advanced Marketing Cloud and related technology campaign production requirements. Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to problem-solve, capacity to juggle competing priorities, and a responsive, service-oriented mindset.ResponsibilitiesSupports users of marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Customer Data Platform) to produce advanced email campaigns Is point person for business unit Digital Producers and Digital Marketing Managers in quickly resolving technical issues with campaign execution in the email platform, escalating to IT tech team partners when needs become complex Supports platform management projects, including email template management, list management automations, reporting integrations, documentation creation, functionality demos, and naming convention governance Supports other marketing automation team projects, such as internal SharePoint website and email newsletter productionRole Requirements- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud designing and building email marketing campaign journeys and automations, connecting data with CRMs or other platforms, managing email templates, and other administrative tasks
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst, advanced digital producer, developer, or similar role
- Available to work during US time zone business hours
- Proficiency with business communication in English language
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred
