- Understand and uphold corporate policies associated with digital assets, ensuring 100% compliance on intellectual property, metadata and other critical standards
- Prioritizing digital asset requests according to business and customer needs
- Loading and linking digital assets and images into the corporate systems of record, Celum and Hybris
- Meeting aggressive project timelines, planning and coordinating work with other Digital Asset Management Analysts
- Participating in team meetings to discuss recent activities and barriers to completing work, and to drive completion of project goals on time and with a high degree of quality
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited educational institution
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, etc.) and working with large data sets
- A proven self-start leader who is able to work independently to identify what needs to be done, establish an approach, get appropriate buy-in from their team and stakeholders, and deliver results on time
- Collaborate with Digital Operations and Content Factory to ensure timely completion of product content uploads
- Experience with tools such as Celum (Digital Asset Management), Adobe Experience Manager, and Hybris (Product Information Management)
- Demonstrated attention to detail to prevent errors in work
