Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager

The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Marketing Technologies Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Building solutions across multiple platforms to enable new business models and value creation
  • Supporting the administration of all technology platforms owned by our team
  • Implementing prioritized requests, integrations, and enhancements and oversee governance processes and ultimate approvals
  • Determining the best strategic path to leverage existing and future platforms to deliver on business requirements
  • Creating standard operating procedures & enforce platform adherence to Corporate Governance
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, we are looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years experience in digital marketing in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience as an MA system administrator
  • Experience with CRM systems (Sales Force, Siebel, Microsoft CRM)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on marketing automation
  • Experience in Eloqua, Salesforce
  • Experience with webinar, event management and learning solutions
  • Experience with solution engineering across systems to deliver business outcomes in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Proven track record influencing teams and organizations to action based upon your analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and support skills
  • Experience and ability to engage with teams remotely, supporting virtual clients
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international travel Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
