The Natures Edge Apartments have 88 units and are looking for a caretaker/janitorial person to join our team and to maintain the buildings. Previous housekeeping/cleaning/caretaking experience is preferred. Hours will vary depending on the amount of common area cleaning, turnover cleaning, etc.
Must be able to live onsite, with rent credit included.
Duties will include (this list is not all inclusive):
Maintaining overall building common area cleanliness
Vacuuming and sweeping hallways and entry areas
Maintaining organizational order of supplies room
Turnover cleaning in apartments
Grounds keeping
Assisting with snow removal as needed
Rotating on call shifts for emergency purposes
Light maintenance
Interacting with residents in a positive manner
Providing assistance with resident needs and questions
Other duties, as assigned
