Accessible Space Inc., a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical disabilities, is seeking a full time Property Caretaker/Maintenance to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in Marshall, MN (Jewett Street)
Your duties will include but are not limited to: minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, and grounds maintenance.
Qualifications: 18 months or more of related experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, are available to complete general work
responsibilities during business hours, and can pass a criminal background check.
Salary: $12.00/hour starting wage with a full time benefit package, health/dental insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, life insurance, wellness rebates, and tuition reimbursement. Two bedroom unit is available on-site for $300/month.
