Job Description

This is a unique role for someone who is seeking weekend hours with the remainder of the work week being very flexible.

The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews forall position levels ofDungarvin employees inmultiple states. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition this position will be a member of the corporate recruiting team and willsupport recruiting efforts across the organization. This position will work collaboratively with other departments and with hiring managers to ensure that our recruitment process is executedquickly and at the highest level of quality.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum oftwo years of recruitingexperience
  • Bachelors degree preferred OR a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED coupled with two years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • ATS experience required
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring an hourly workforce,i.e. retail, restaurant, manufacturing, etc.
