Responsible for accurately entering and updating provider information within provider databases; completing the daily assignments of data entry; verifying the data entered is accurate; ensuring data entered is completed in a timely manner and ensuring the quality and production standards are met. The Data Specialist will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments, and possess exceptional organizational skills. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Accurately enter provider data facility and individual information into our source systems. 2. Validate, enter and update various databases with information from provider data changes submitted 3. Verify documentation, contracts and verifications of information are valid and within standards before loading to provider source submitted 4. Responsible for tracking work processed on a daily basis. 5. Ensure that all providers’ changes are done in a timely manner and within expected turnaround times. 6. Supports special projects as needed.
