Job Description

The

Program Technology Coordinatorwill serve as the organizational champion for Dungarvin’s use of Therap Services and other technologies designed to improve and support operations and service delivery. These responsibilities would function as a component of the larger Quality Affirmation program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Identify and implement technological solutions to improve efficient programmatic practices
  • Leverage data to identify quality improvement processes and client outcomes
  • Identifycost savings initiatives utilizing technology.
  • Improve and support operations and service delivery with the use of mobile technology
  • Consistent and timely collection follow-up of all Program accounts

Qualifications

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, human services, disability services, developmental disabilities, quality assurance or human development
  • Minimum 4 years in an administrative leadership capacity within a human services organization
  • Direct experience working as and/or supervising Direct Support Professionals
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of and administration of Therap and a thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Therap application.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft desktop including Office, Windows, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Effective communication with all levels of the organization, including clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficient in time management (organizing and prioritizing)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Solid

    working knowledge (or a proven ability to quickly acquire such knowledge) of the legal and regulatory framework surrounding the creation, storage and use of protected health information e.g. HIPAA and HITECH
  • A thorough understanding of Dungarvin’s or like provider services preferred
  • Demonstrated business analysis and project management experience preferred

Additional Information

REPORTS TO:The program technology coordinator reports to the Director of Quality Affirmation.

BENEFIT CATEGORY:Benefit category C.

HOURS WORKED:40 hours per week.Monday- Friday
