We are distributor of commercial flight simulator parts looking for another accountant to support our main controller.
Duties include AP, AR matching, uploading invoices to customer portals, bank feed matching, generating credit memos, vouchering POs, supporting the owner of the company on accounting related matters and other accounting duties as needed. We are running a salesforce based software called Accounting Seed.
In order to learn this software you need to have a good working knowledge of accounting principles.
I expect this to be a 10-20 hour a week position with one at least partial day in the office per week, the rest can be done remotely.
