Looking for some extra spending money? St Paul Midway Call Center is seeking a dependable Phone Survey Representative for a great part-time position. This is a temporary position that will run approximately 4 weeks.
Call Center Representative Position Highlights
Monday- Friday schedule
Part time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
$14.00/hour with weekly pay
Temporary, 4-5 week assignment
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to gather satisfaction information on products or services
A list of scripted questions is provided for each survey
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
Type 35+ wpm
Outbound calling experience preferred
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Word skills
Professional and courteous demeanor
Previous call center experience preferred
Background check required
