"The world will be less automated tomorrow than it is today," said nobodyever.

The world is changing at breakneck speed and is bringing incredible conveniences and automation to our daily lives. Have you ever stopped to think how all of that happens? Take a minute. Think about it. There are programmers working hard every day, giving instructions to computers on how to carry out the tasks that it used to take armies of people to accomplish. This is called coding.

But, what if the demand for coders outpaced supply? What if school curriculum hadn't yet adapted to meet the changing needs of tomorrow's workforce? What if US kids lagged behind in computer skills? What if kids abhorred learning computer coding because a fun environment to hone these skills doesn't yet exist? Welcome to our reality in 2020!

How would you like to be part of changing all that? I wanted to be part of it, so I bought several Code Ninjas Franchises here in the Minneapolis St. Paul area. With that, I need a great team, and great leaders to lead them.
