Automation QA - Playwright Location: Minneapolis, MN Job description:-
- Tech Skills: Jira, Playwright, JavaScript, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Java, TestNG, REST Assured, Git, Bitbucket, Postman/SoapUI/ARC, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse
- Be a collaborative team member on an agile build team
- Responsible for development and execution of test strategies and test plans in collaboration with PO and build team members
- Incorporate business needs, compliance requirement and industry standards within testing strategies and execution
- Effectively plan, manage and execute story and regression testing (Manual and automated) to validate that all functional and non-functional requirements are met
- Automate user stories using Playwright, JavaScript and mocha framework
- Validate webservices using API testing tools like Postman/SoapUI/Advanced REST client
- Reproduce Prod issues/incidents in the QA environment, work with build team and verify the fixes before they are rolled out into production
- Manage test data and ensure test data strategy across all impacted applications/vendors
- Manage and actively participate in the test observation and defect resolution process; partner with engineers from issue identification through to resolution
