You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM Services Enterprise Applications is seeking a Azure Architect with SAP implementation experience to serve as a Solution Delivery expert supporting our Microsoft Consulting practice. In this job role, you'll use your expertise to provide best-in-class consulting using technical acumen and knowledge to architect and deliver enterprise class solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives and avoid or overcome technical implementation challenges. Roles and responsibilities include participating in all aspects of consulting services life cycle from gathering requirements, delivery, and support as a lead delivery architect. This role will have emphasis on architecting and implementing solutions for SAP, S/4 HANA implementations on the Azure platform, will include defining and analyzing business requirements and translate that to a broad technical blueprint implementing SAP cloud native solutions. Successful candidates will have experience as a trusted advisor to clients in a consulting and industry capacity leveraging your experience and establishing credibility with genuine thought leadership on the Microsoft technologies primarily in the areas of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Azure, Networking, Storage, Identity Management.　Successful candidates will demonstrate the following capabilities:　Identify, progress and deliver complex high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirementsEducate and enable project teams or Sales professionals on the successful SAP on Azure ImplementationsExperience migrating SAP and non-SAP workloads to AzureEducate, enable and assist clients with implementing Microsoft Technology including features, capabilities and architecture options for implementationUtilize high level analytical and thought leadership ability and creativity to analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and producing solutions to client problemsPrevious depth with implementing Microsoft Technology and Solutions with knowledge of Lessons Learned, Best practices, and Risk & Mitigation strategiesLead teams using an agile methodology with advanced tools and accelerators to assist client ImplementationsRWMSRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 7 years experience in leading implementations of Microsoft Solutions　At least 5 years experience in consulting or relevant experience on Microsoft Azure　At least 1 year experience in consulting or relevant experience on SAP and S/4HANA implementations　At least 2 years experience in Azure applications　At least 1 Microsoft CertificationPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in extending SAP ERP solutions with other Microsoft technologies　 Experience in implementing Azure as consulting or business/IT leader　 Experience with Azure implementations supporting Microsoft and SAP, S/4 HANA business applications　 Microsoft Azure Solution Architect CertificationAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
